Returns & Shipping Policy

I am sorry but we cannot accept general returns, refunds, or exchanges. Each item is made to order. If you find that the item is not to your liking or the fit is not quite right then please re-gift. We can only do an exchange if there is a defect in the production of the item. If this is the case then please email info@artwearchic.com directly. Please do not ship the item back to us unless we advise you to do so. We will require a picture of the defect in order to arrange a replacement with the manufacturer. Once the manufacturer has determined that there was an error in production, a replacement item will be produced and shipped to you. Please be advised that the process will take approx. 4-5 weeks for delivery.

Shipping

All the clothing and accessories are shipped to my customers directly from the manufacturer/printers. Presently we have 2 manufacturers in Montreal, Canada. Please be advised that If you order more than one item, it is possible that you may receive 2 separate shipments. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production and one week for shipping, therefore 4-5 weeks once you have placed your order.

Each item is made to order and is not mass produced. It does take a little more time to receive your Art Wear. However, please keep in mind that all the Art Wear Chic Boutique items are created and produced in Canada. If you do not receive your item within 6 weeks time, please feel free to contact Art Wear Chic either through the contact page on the web site or by emailing info@artwearchic.
